Bought a SR-700 Extended at the beginning of the season. The rig does its job, but for the price it's very poorly put together. Everything shakes and rattles, the suspension creeks like crazy, parts were put together while the paint was still wet and there are "runs" of paint everywhere. There are finger and foot prints in the paint as well so I know they rushed my rig. Sure-loks installed crooked, $1500 Billy goat was mounted rubbing on the rig and the push handle was dented in and scraped raw upon arrival. On top of all of that. Customer service is literally awful. Wire transfered $21,000 and didn't get so much as an email to confirm receipt of payment. No updates on build, nothing more than a phone call from the delivery driver when he started driving towards me. When I had an issue with my rig working on a 250,000 sq ft parking lot on a sunday, I called the emergency support line and talked to Burt (or something) who seemed pissed that I would call him. He told me "you don't ever call me without cleaning the filter pot first" before even asking if I cleaned the filter pot (which I did). Very condescending, haughty attitude. Not helpful at all. I went with SealRite because I heard the opposite of all these things. Not sure what lies I was told or if they just changed their policies on things, but I will not do business with this company again. I'll go to Crafco or Sealmaster for the three rigs we're purchasing next season.
